About DaFIS

DaFIS is the Financial Information System for the University of California, Davis. DaFIS includes a Transaction Processing environment, and a web-based Decision Support system. The Systems Development Division of Accounting & Financial Services is responsible for developing and maintaining financial information systems, including DaFIS. Development of DaFIS is guided by its Steering Committee.

DaFIS Hours

The hours of operation for DaFIS Transaction Processing are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The hours of operation for DaFIS Decision Support are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DaFIS Help Desk
A help desk service for DaFIS users is provided during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00). The DaFIS Help Desk can be contacted via our online Help Request Form. Responses are handled by e-mail or phone, as appropriate.
