About DaFIS
DaFIS is the Financial Information System for the University of California, Davis. DaFIS includes a Transaction Processing environment, and a Web-based Decision Support system. The
Systems Development Division of Accounting & Financial Services is responsible for developing and maintaining financial information systems, including DaFIS. Development of DaFIS is guided by its
Steering Committee.
DaFIS Hours
- The hours of operation for DaFIS Transaction Processing are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- The hours of operation for DaFIS Decision Support are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DaFIS Help Desk
A help desk service for DaFIS users is provided during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00). The DaFIS Help Desk can be contacted via our online
Help Request Form. Responses are handled by e-mail or phone, as appropriate.
