Contracts and Grants Subcommittee
This subcommittee advises the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and the Office of Research about issues related to processing of contract and grant proposals and awards. Subcommittee members are highly knowledgeable in contracts and grants policy and procedure and best practices. The subcommittee includes members whose daily responsibilities include preparation of contract and grant proposals, tracking of proposals through the system, follow-up on awards, and accounting and reporting of grant funding.

Business and Financial Systems Subcommittee (BFS)
This subcommittee works directly with the DaFIS Transaction Processing and Decision Support representatives along with representatives from the PPS Data Warehouse to review and recommend enhancements and system changes. The subcommittee is comprised of staff from across campus and has the primary responsibility to represent campus users and administrative staff concerning those system changes that may impact them. The DaFIS Help Desk serves as the primary point of contact for staff requesting DaFIS changes, and PPS change requests are sent to the PPS list. All requests are presented at monthly subcommittee meetings for discussion. Each meeting is split between Transaction Processing, DaFIS Decision Support, and PPS Data Warehouse.
