| Placing A Document In A Folder |
| Open the document that you want to place in a folder. (This can be either from the In Box or from the Document Search Screen.) |

| Select File from the menu bar. |

| Select Place in Folder from the drop-down list. |

| The Place In Folder window will appear: |
 |
| If you have never created a folder, or want to create a new one for this document, click the New Folder button. The New Folder window will be displayed: |

| Enter a folder name and description for your new folder and click OK to create your folder. |
 |
| To place the open document in the folder, select the appropriate folder by clicking once on the name and then click the Place button. |

| Retrieving a Document from a Folder |
| From the Document Search Screen, click on the Find in Folders button. |
 |
| On the Document Folders window, double-click on the name of the folder you wish to open. |
 |
| This will open the Documents Filed in Folder window. Double-click on the document number of the document that you wish to view. |
 |
| Removing a Document from a Folder |
| Open the Documents Filed in Folder window, as described above. |

| Click once on the document number and click the Delete Document Reference button. This will not affect the document in any way. It will simply remove the reference from your folder. |
