Getting Started with Decision Support |
| Everyone needs to start somewhere. If you are going to be using Decision Support, whether to report on the activity within an account or find codes needed for a transaction, you have come to the right place to begin. This tutorial will guide you through the basics of using Decision Support - from logging in, to running your first query.
What you will need - This tutorial will be somewhat interactive, guiding you through an actual query in Decision Support. Before beginning this tutorial, you will need the following:
- A UCD Login ID, issued by IT Express
- Access to DaFIS (TP & DS), or DS Only access
- A password setup for Decision Support
- A supported internet browser: Netscape 4.x or later; Internet Explorer 4.x or later; Opera
- An account and/or organization (with corresponding chart) for which you will run your query
