  What to do How to do it
A. Purchasing agreements for campus are often extended automatically by Purchasing. Many of the campuswide purchasing agreements are automatically extended by Purchasing each year. E-mail notifications for some of the most frequently-used agreements are sent to the Purchasing list.
B. Complete a Change Purchase Order/Business Agreement (CO) document for renewing a blanket agreement set up specifically for your department.
  1. In Decision Support, run Agreement Lookup (34) for the agreements assigned to your organization and to determine which ones will expire soon.
  2. Complete a CO for any blanket agreements that you wish to renew. Add a note to the CO indicating the new terms for the blanket and any desired changes from the original agreement. See the One-Minute Manual for complete instructions on using the CO.
