Each year, the university must report items that are rented, leased, or loaned by departments to the County Assessors Office for the county in which the item is located.
In order to properly track these items, certain information needs to reported to Accounts Payable each time a rental/lease/loan of an equipment or supply item takes place. To report this information, use the Long Term Rental/Lease/Loan Reporting Form. |
