Using My Contracts & Grants
In order to view your account(s) through My Contracts & Grants, you must be specified as the Principal Investigator (PI) on the account. This is done by indicating your name in the Principal Investigator field on the Account document when the account is set up or modified in DaFIS.
If you are already an established PI, you will need to add the My Contracts & Grants channel to your MyUCDavis page before you can access your accounts. Once you have added the channel, up-to-date information about your accounts will appear on your MyUCDavis page every time you log in.

Log into MyUCDavis by going to http://my.ucdavis.edu/ and clicking on Enter MyUCDavis Now. You will need to enter your UCD Login ID and Kerberos password.
If you do not know your login ID or your Kerberos password, click on the Login Help link. |

| After you log in, click on the Customize this Page link. |

On the right side of the page, check-mark the box next to My Contracts and Grants.
Optionally, you may select the order of the channels on your page by using the arrows to move the entries in the Left Side and Right Side boxes under Page Layout on the left side of the screen. |

| When you are finished customizing your page, click the Update button. |

| Viewing Account Details |
The My Contracts and Grants channel will now appear on your MyUCDavis page with the overall balances for each fund source.
Click on any Acct# in the list to get details about the balances of the accounts. |

From the Account Balances screen, you can also access detailed lists of transactions to the accounts by clicking on the Account and Object Consolidation links. |
